Consent to sending information and business communications

1. I agree that Merchandising For You, sro, registered office at Školní 159, Špindlerův Mlýn 54351, IČ: 02012049, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, file mark C 32572, which operates the e-shop portal www.merchator.cz (hereinafter referred to as "e-shop" and "the Operator"), has sent information and commercial communications, i.e., in particular, information regarding the offering of products or services, advertisements or inviting to visit websites or information intended for direct or indirect marketing and promotion of the sale of goods or services or business image (hereinafter referred to as "commercial communication"). I acknowledge and expressly agree that the commercial communication sent by the Operator may concern not only the Operator but also third parties.

2. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR"), hereby expressly agree to the Operator's consent to the processing of my personal data necessary for sending commercial communications for the purpose of their inclusion into the appropriate client database, even for the purpose of sending business communications. In accordance with the previous sentence, the following personal data will be processed:

- name and surname

- Company name

- Email

- telephone number

- address

3. I agree to send information and business communications and to process personal data on a voluntary basis. At the same time, I acknowledge that I have been advised of my right to withdraw this consent at any time free of charge, for example by sending an email or letter to the contact details of info@merchator.cz, Merchandising For You, s.r.o., Školní 159, Špindlerův Mlýn 54351.

4. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in a printed form in a non-automated manner. Personal data will not be subject to automated individual decision making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

6. I confirm that I have been advised of my rights that I have in case

I would assume that the Operator carries out the processing of my personal information which is contrary to the protection of my private and personal life

or in violation of the law, especially if personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, namely the following rights:

6.1. the right of access to the provided personal data, the right to be repaired, updated or deleted,

6.2. the right to require the Operator to restrict the processing of personal data or to object to their processing, as well as

6.3 the right to the portability of the provided personal data.

7. I further confirm that I was advised of my right to ask the Operator for

information about the processing of my personal data that the Operator is obliged to hand over. I acknowledge that the Operator in such a case has

the right to request adequate information. According to the previous sentence,

adequate payment (not exceeding the necessary cost) may be required to provide the information.

8. Consent to the transmission of information and business communications is not a condition that would in itself make it impossible to purchase the goods themselves.

9. Such consent is granted for the period until its removal.
