The extent of processing of personal data

When you contact us in connection with the provision of our products and services, whether directly or through means of distance communication (telephone, e-mail, etc.), you will be asked to provide some personal information to answer your questions, pre-contractual communication, a conclusion of the contract. These data may include:

a) Your name and surname,

(b) the trade name,

(c) the address or place of business,

d) bank connections,

e) identification number and tax identification number,

f) telephone number and/or

g) e-mail address

 

We do not monitor you on our website, so only your personal information, which you explicitly tell us, will be used.

 

Purpose and method of processing personal data

 

The data you provide to us is used to contact you back and provide you with the information you have requested or for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations (whether from a contract for the delivery of our products and services with you and on the basis of this information in future or the relevant generally binding regulations). All personal data is processed in a legal and transparent manner and only relevant. Relevant and necessary data are required in relation to the purpose of the processing.

 

The provision of personal data for the purposes of the performance of the contract and the provision of personal data for the purpose of answering your inquiries or information requested by you is our contractual requirement, and failure to provide them may result from not entering into a contract or failure to respond to your questions.

 

Personal data will be handled manually (i.e. without automated procedures) and automated, directly through our authorized staff. The security of your personal information is a priority for our company.

 

Who has access to your personal data

 

We will process your personal data as an administrator to MFY. We may forward your personal information for our purposes to our subcontractors for us to process them for you. Personal data may be transmitted:

  external accountant;

  an external law firm;

  business partners, especially suppliers of goods and services

  to the processors that provide our server, web, cloud, or IT services to our company.

  Processors who provide our Web, Cloud, or Social Services services (Facebook, google)

 

All of these processors of your personal data are and will remain committed to our company for all the security measures and policies that apply to our personal data, governed by our company.

 

Time of processing of personal data

 

We will process your personal data for as long as necessary for the provision of our services or for the performance of a mutual agreement, or for the time necessary to perform archiving duties under applicable laws, such as the Accounting Act, the Archives and Records Act or the Law on value-added tax. This is the case if you are or will become our customer in the future. However, if you do not become our customer (i.e. no contract for the delivery of our products and services will take place), we will irrevocably liquidate your personal (contact) data within a reasonable period of time, but no later than one (1) year from its delivery.

 

 

Your rights arising from the processing of personal data

 

We have the following rights in relation to our processing of your personal data:

(a) the right of access to personal data;

(b) the right to repair;

(c) the right of cancellation (the "right to be forgotten");

(d) the right to limit the processing of data;

(e) the right to object to processing; and

(f) the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data.

You may file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

 

The right of access means that you can ask for our confirmation at any time whether or not personal data concerning you are processed and, if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom they are made available, how long we process them, whether you have the right to repair, erase, limitation of processing or object, where we obtained personal data, and whether processing of your personal data takes place for automatic decision making, including profiling. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information, with the first provision being free of charge, and the Provider may then request reasonable reimbursement of administrative costs.

The right to repair means that you may ask us at any time to correct or supplement your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

The right to delete means that we have to erase your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing, and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for processing, or (iv) it imposes a legal obligation on us.

The right to limit the processing implies that until we resolve any disputed questions regarding the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data so that we can only have it stored and possibly use it for the purpose of determining, enforcing or defending legal claims.

The right to object means that you can object to the processing of your personal data that we process for direct marketing purposes or because of legitimate interest. If you oppose processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for this purpose.
