Complaints and returns - basic instructions


The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered products without undue delay and to inform the seller of any defects found within 5 days.

f the customers want to claim goods purchased at, they will send or otherwise deliver the goods together with a copy of the purchase receipt (invoice) and a detailed description of the defect to the address of the company. It is advisable to send the goods in the original packaging or in a satisfactory transport package, as the supplier is not liable for any damages before the goods are accepted.

The customer is obliged to submit complained goods free of all impurities, dried and hygienically safe.

Seller is entitled to refuse to accept goods that do not meet the above hygiene guidelines!

The goods handed over to the claim will be tested (judged by the defect listed) only for the defect stated by the buyer (in the claim form, enclosed with the defect description sheet).

We recommend using the Claim Form to describe the product defect.

You will be informed by e-mail about the receipt of the goods in the complaint and how they will be processed. We handle the claim in the shortest possible time, but at the latest within a 30-day time limit.
